Statewide Course and Instructor Evaluations

IUSM administers all student evaluations in the evaluation system E-Value (www.e-value.net).

For students, evaluations are your way to comment on the learning environment at IUSM and improve it for future medical students. For faculty, evaluations are an essential data source when making improvements to the curriculum.

If your n is at or above 3, here are steps for accessing reports.

To Access Instructor Evaluation Reports:

  • Login to E-Value at www.e-value.net
  • Select the blue Evaluations tile
  • Select Educator Reports from the menu below the tiles
  • Select My Performance
  • Click on the hyperlinked activity name provided for individual courses or all activities for aggregate performance across courses

To Access Course, Clerkship, and/or Elective Evaluation Reports:

  • Login to E-Value at www.e-value.net
  • Select the blue Evaluations tile
  • Select Activity Reports from the menu below the tiles
  • Select Aggregate Performance
  • Select 'Next' at the bottom of the filter page

Additional graphic representations of the data and comments submitted are available by clicking the links generated on this report (Educator Comments, Pie, Bar, etc.)

E-Value does offer a number of ways to access data under the Educator Reports menu. Please feel free to explore the Aggregate Performance and Comments reports available.
